Please contact our office for a free no obligation survey. Our sales staff are not on commission and our approach is never pressurised. All our surveyors have worked directly on removals so are best to advise the number of men, schedule, type of vehicle and what specialist packing materials are to be used. With this information our surveyor can cost your move but will never compromise on quality.
Storage
Roy Trevor are able to offer a number of very different unique types of specialist storage designed to meet the clients requirements both on service and budget. Storage solutions are always useful if you are unable to immediately move directly into your new Home.
Insurance
During any move there are always risks and in addition to the British Association of Removers standard minimum liability Roy Trevor offer all our clients the option to extend the liability cover to a greater value. You can be rest assured that your personnel effects will be professionally insured in a policy specifically designed for the protection of Household furniture and effects during a removal.. A detailed optional breakdown of these charges will be provided in your quotation.
Quality
After each removal you will be asked to complete a Satisfaction questionnaire. This alternatively can be done online. We always analyse our performance and continually look at areas to improve our service we offer our clients.
